1. Full day charter rates are applicable for an 8 hours block period eg. 7am to 3pm. Extension is at $150 per hour and part thereof subject to availability.


2. For hourly rates ( minimum of 3 hours ) , charges are part thereof and applicable at $200 per hour for the 1966 Split screen bus and at $150 per hour for each of the beetles.


3. Upon confirmation for all services, payment is to made in full. Mode of payment accepted are cash, cheque or interbank transfer.


4. Once payment has been verified and/or cleared, the reservation is confirmed. VolksWedding will issue a receipt to you ("the hirer") via email as a form of booking confirmation and agreement.


5. There may be a surcharge on chartering rates on certain eve's of and/or during major public holidays eg Christmas Day and Chinese New Year. If your hire date falls on a eve or during a public holiday, do enquire with us at volkswedding@gmail.com.


6. VolksWedding offers an accompanying floral decoration package tailored to suit your wedding theme at volkswedding floral. Should the hirer prefer the vehicle(s) to be driven to their choice of florist prior to the chartering period, there will be a surcharge of $150, subject to the availability of the vehicle(s).


7. VolksWedding will adhere to the itinerary provided by the customer via email to volkswedding@gmail.com at least five working days before the chartering period. Any changes to the itinerary thereafter, (e.g. change of timing or additional trips during the chartering period) or on the day itself, is subject to VolksWedding's agreement and may be chargeable.


8. Only in the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown before or during the chartering period will a full refund be given to the hirer. There will be no refund due to non-vehicle related circumstances beyond our control during the chartering period e.g. natural and unpredictable disasters. VolksWedding's liability is limited to the charter rate paid by the hirer to VolksWedding under any circumstances.


9. Under any circumstances, any request for replacement of hired vehicle by the hirer is subject to availability and the terms and conditions above.


10. No self driving of vehicle(s) is permitted unless indicated otherwise in writing.


11. VolksWedding reserves the right to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice. All pr omotions are not valid in conjunction with any other discounts and/or promotions unless indicated otherwise.
